Jadu has been working secretly over the past few months with legendary director Michael Bay. The goal is to build #web3  and AR's premier Robot IP. From proportions to aesthetics, AVAs are designed & optimized for AR. They'll work as playable characters and follow a storyline in Jadu's app releasing this September.

Each AVA has a background environment crafted by Jadu's Head of Cinematics Ruben Fro using photogrammetry scans of real world locations. These will be available to download in various formats.

Jadu AVA's will come with game-ready 3D files from Day 1. You'll have full commercial rights to your AVA and the ability to take it with you across any digital world you explore.

Ownership unlocks full commercial rights & voting power to award over a million dollars from the AVA Community Treasury. Distribution of the full treasury funds is set to conclude after two years. All funds are held in a wallet Jadu maintains.

YVE BELIEVED THAT THE COMPLEX CHAOS OF THE UNIVERSE IS ORDERLY. BEAUTY TO THEM WAS A PRODUCT OF EVOLUTION AND THEY INTENDED TO SEEK IT OUT.

Ensure treasury funds are spent on grants that are mutually beneficial to Jadu holders and the larger Jadu ecosystem, while empowering Jadu holders to determine grant recipients.

Process

The grant funding process should be easy to understand, simple to engage with and ultimately strengthen Jadu’s collaboration with the community as a whole.

Voting

Voting methodology should create additional value for Jadu NFTs without creating imbalance between early adopters and new members.

Growth

The system should scale well so Jadu’s core team can continue supporting the growth of the grant program without undue operational overhead.

Improvement

The structure should allow for Jadu’s core team & the community to iterate, expand and improve the system over time as best practices and key findings emerge.

Clarity

The grant process should not be too difficult to understand and participate in.

These grants receive proposals, ballot options, votes and distribution on a regular monthly basis.

Special Grants
These grants receive proposals, ballot options, votes and distribution for a specific event (ex: NFT NYC or Art Basel).
