Charter

We have taken considerable time to think about and write down our beliefs, values, and mission here at ZenAcademy. We're thoughtful in how we conduct ourselves and with what we hope to achieve with our platform. Please read through the next few sections to get a greater understanding of who we are and what we stand for.

In a nutshell though: we are not an alpha group, we are not here to help you get rich quick, we don't deal in hype tactics or fanciful speculation. We are here to help educate and inform and spread information based on logic and facts. More than anything, we are here for you.

Our Belief

We believe that web3 should be a safe place for anyone, anywhere to find their voice and purpose. Whether that is being a creator, collector, or builder in this space. There is something for everyone and everyone is welcome.

Mission

To create a safe and welcoming space for anyone, anywhere, at any level to learn about NFTs and web3. Above all else, we want students to learn, have fun, and grow together.

Membership Breakdown

There are two main ZenAcademy NFTs: The Genesis token and The 333 Club token. Each comes with lifetime membership to ZenAcademy, as well as access to each community's Discord server.

Occasionally, there are additional NFTs available to ZenAcademy members. For example, during the holiday season in 2021, ZenAcademy airdropped 12 free NFTs to members as part of the "12-days-of-Zenmas" event. ZenAcademy also releases occasional POAPs (proof of attendance protocol) NFTs which are given to attendees of certain events and that may come with certain privileges.

In addition to the memberships above, there are a number of other roles (memberships), granting different levels of access to the ZenAcademy Discord: OG, Partnership, Specialty and Free.

Genesis Collection

Quantity: 7,848

Original Mint Price: 0.033 ETH (Opensea / Looksrare)

Holders of one or more ZenAcademy Genesis tokens are able to verify ownership in Discord, granting members full access to the server, as well as all perks, such as giveaways, promotions, deals, or discounts through ZenAcademy.

There is no future utility specifically outlined, however Genesis token holders have lifetime membership to ZenAcademy and the discord server, and the intention is to continue to deliver value to this group of early supporters.

Until now, these tokens were in the form of letters signifying your lifetime membership to ZenAcademy and The 333 — they are now available to be upgraded. All the benefits of holding these letters will remain the same, with the added ability to summon your future PFP in Q1 of 2023.

333 Club

Quantity: 333

Original Mint Price: 3.33 ETH (Opensea link / Looksrare)
Holders of one or more 333 Club tokens are able to verify ownership in The ZenAcademy Discord, granting members full access to the server, as well as all perks, such as giveaways, promotions, deals, or discounts through ZenAcademy.

In addition to lifetime membership to ZenAcademy and the discord server, 333 Club members also have token-gated access to private The 333 Club Discord server.

The 333 Club is is an exclusive community of no more than 333 members, made up of builders, creators, investors, traders, professionals, and the enthusiasts who value a friendly and focused environment to learn, help, and grow together.

333 Club members also have more access to Zeneca, and the ability to book 1:1 meetings.

What is happening with ZenAcademy NFTs?

We are refreshing our ecosystem, which includes upgrading our NFT technology and paving the way for exciting new projects. This starts with rewarding our existing ZenAcademy Genesis and 333 holders and moving from ERC 1155 tokens to ERC 721 tokens.

The four stages are as follows:

- a. Upgrade: Summon/Burn/Claim for ZenChests (ERC721)

- b. Expand: Onboard via Student IDs (free, soul bound)

- c. Reveal: Burn Chests to reveal PFP

- d. Grow: Empower the community & build the future

ZenChests

By owning a ZenChest, you have access to everything that the original Genesis letter afforded you, including the exclusive ZenAcademy Discord channels, community giveaways, and the future ZenAcademy PFP project. Each ZenChest grants you the ability to summon 1 PFP. Your PFP lies dormant in your chest, waiting to be summoned.

ZenAcademy Student IDs

As a student of ZenAcademy, you have committed to the ongoing pursuit of learning and have pledged to uphold the values and principles of the academy. This includes supporting your peers, acting with integrity and empathy, and using the knowledge gained to improve yourself and contribute to the global web3 community.

Your student ID is soulbound to your wallet and will be used to unlock future badges. It is a representation of your academic pursuits and represents your role in the broader ZenAcademy community.

For full access to the discord community and future pfp, you must acquire a ZenChest.For access to an exclusive community of 333 crypto enthusiasts, builders, creators, and innovators within ZenAcademy, gain access to The 333 Club.
