As COO of AlwaysGeeky Games, JP Saulnier keeps the company running seamlessly — coordinating with team members and partners, crafting strategy, and helping drive the business forward. It's a dream role for the self-professed geek and lifelong tech and video game fanatic (as evidenced by his at-home video game library, which features an Atari and spans through successive generations of consoles and games, from the original NES through Sega and Playstations, all the way up to the latest Nintendo Switch) and one where he can share his passion with the world. JP spent years in the tech industry prior to stepping into AwaysGeeky Games, leading projects at Apple Canada as part of the team at Anderson Merchandisers. From there, he moved into a role as Technical Account Manager at IT services/consulting company Auth0. When his longtime friend Steven Ball announced that he was launching a gaming company and needed an expert team to support it, the offer was a dream for JP. With AlwaysGeeky Games, he works to fulfill the company's mission of building games that are genuinely high-quality and fun…and where the players have ownership in the world they create.
